      My computer was remotely hacked and both of my bank accounts were violated. Fortunately, I had a bank account with Drummond Community Bank who was able to help me resolve this issue and refunded the money that was stolen from me. Conversely, SUNTRUST made me jump through a million hoops to prove that my account was hijacked and even after my rebuttal, they still denied any compensation, thus siding with the hacker(s). I am extremely grateful for Drummond Community Bank for being there for me and as for SUNTRUST, there's a reason why their public rating is only 2.7 stars and it's because their customer service is horrendous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNTRUST!!! If possible stay local and go with a community bank. You won't be sorry. I hope this helps someone...

      Please please...clean the atm machine....has been FILTHY for years...I will no longer use it...and to all Suntrust banks...go thru your own drivethru business lane...sit there while a teller takes an inordinate amount of time to cash a 20.00 check...and take note of all the dust, dirt, dead bugs, long lost paperclips, ancient scotch tape, etc. visible to those of us in vehicles....it aint brain surgery...clean it!!!..
