      The staff at this particular branch go above and beyond to give the best service possible. They are very quick. They certainly know their stuff. I like how the staff remembers customers' names and greets everyone with a smile. Banking details can be so confusing, but all I have to do is call this branch, or stop by, and my requests and questions are handled quickly and professionally. Of course, the most important reason to bank with BB&T is that you can count on this bank to keep your money and your account safe. We've been with BB&T for over 20 years, and have never had a single reason to complain. Can't get any better than that!

      Have banked with Bb&t for over 25 years. Within the past year Truist to over. No ATM anywhere near me and they’ve now closed my local branch, without warning, making herring and depositing funds a nightmare.
