      Please Do Not Bank Here ! If you value Honesty and Excellent Customer ! You will not get It here Especially from Mark ! He’s the only one there and a so called Personal Banker ! Made A Big Deal on Monday about refunding $3 Dollars that he said he would on Friday for an Online Transaction we Discussed. He acted as If we didn’t have an extensive conversation that day ! I have wasted enough time and energy here ! If I can Stop one person from doing the Same Great ! 1.9 Rating Speaks Volumes ! I wish I had looked before leaping Into this Bank !

      This is the absolute worst bank available. They take advantage of people and hold posting items or take its that have already posted and put them back onto posting in order to charge fees on top on fees for the overdraft charges they initially caused. Those of you reading this wondering if this might be the right bank for you need to take yourself and your earnings to another banking company. They are fraudulent and do not have your best interest in mind. I work hard for a living and I'm sure you all do too. If you value your money and investments then I encourage you to reconsider banking with BB&T (Banking Branch and TRUST Company).
