      I have found this branch from day one to treat you like family. Every one working behind the counter always greet you with a smile and strive to help you anyway they can. Kristin Yates has worked with me and helping me with all of my business account needs. Both her and Gregory Johnson have been very helpful with all of my business needs. I have been to other branches and have had accounts at other banks but NONE have compared to BB&T on Spence Ave. Thank you guys for all you do!

      When I close my account and change banks, it will be because the ATM is not working regularly, at least 2-3 days per week. Ridiculous
