      If I could give this financial institution less than one star, I would. They misapply funds monthly on accounts, effectively defrauding customers. It amazes me how incompetent a financial institution can be without suffering significant federal penalties. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, ever.

      I called this branch to ask about a loan. I spoke to the woman in charge of that, answered some questions over the phone and when we got as far as we could over the phone I had asked her if I could come in near close of business (around 4:30-4:45). She said yes. So I showed up today and was told I needed an appointment and the woman I spoke to was in a “class” in her office and would not see me today. She had never mentioned anything about an appointment over the phone to me. I had to leave work early just to get there in time because I work almost the exact same hours as this bank does. I’ll be switching to PNC ASAP
