      This bank has HORRIBLE customer service, and it's even worse for SunTrust customers who were forced to deal with this dreadful company because of a merger. Yesterday, one of the tellers told me I had to get in line for the ONLY teller who could deposit my check into my SunTrust account. The level of dysfunction is staggering. I'm moving all my accounts out of BB&T/Truist next year.
