      Failure is acceptable here. Unhelpful. If you need a simple, individual account from which you pay for your groceries every week, you may be fine. If you require an estate account, business account, joint account, or other special account--just go somewhere else. This branch sends customers away rather than acquire knowledge in order to be of assistance. Save yourself an extra step and skip them. We will be moving our account.
