  I've been using this Branch for my Business deposit daily, during the mornings; for the past several years. I've never had any type of issues or ever been treated poorly. I understand during Covid19 the walk-in method had to close and thus causing the Drive thru option to take a little more time. I've always been a pretty easygoing person and always treat people with kindness and respect. I've witnessed customer with short tempers and in a rush to do their transaction. I Never seen or heard the bank staff be anything more than professional and polite during this time. The employees at this branch should be commend for their performance and professionalism while serving the general public during this trying time. I want to personally Thank them all myself for providing such top notch customer service and support to me and my company. I will certainly miss my daily trips to Harrisburg and BB&T Bank due to the closure of this Truist location. Sincerely; Jeff Grant CRAIG'S Concord NC

  The best BB& T Branch absolutely the best customer service they always go above and beyond for their customers . Every time that I have been there it has been an excellent experience. If I could give 100 stars I would !

  Very professional bank & very knowledgeable. Ryan Jones is the best. Nothing but friendly people here. Even the people they don’t regularly work at that location are awesome.
