      This branch of Truist never existed and the calls forward you to the Commerce Street location. They don't clarify that you are talking to a different branch. I ordered foreign currency at this number and ran all over town to pick it up. Overall the merger and rebrand to Truist has been terrible and I would not recommend using this bank for any reason. I already knew it was going badly when they wouldn't let me access my own money due to a 'glitch' that lasted for 4 months. The second it won't negatively impact my credit, I'll be leaving. For now I'll just do as little banking with them as possible.

      I called to get a stop payment on a transaction, the wait is most ridiculous 🙄 but anyway called 8 days before transaction charge me 35$ for the service that they never did, the money still came out my account, I talk to someone about my 35$ dollars cause you didn't provide me with service. I swear I bout to leave this bank. Suntrust merging sucks!
