      The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have several accounts with Suntrust, and I appreciate the employees at this branch. Wait times currently are due to the branch using extra caution to keep everyone safe and everything sanitary. I appreciate the level of care used. Thank you, Suntrust Cordova.

      The customer service employees do not know how to renew my cd account deposit to someone else account they are not even able to figure it out talked me to come back tomorrow. I really sad need better training....
