Previously BB&T, tight quarters getting in and out of. But the customer service here is outstanding. All staff makes sure each visit is like seeing family again. Love this location and its staff.

I love this bank branch! Whether I am dealing with Shelby, Audra or Judy, I have had nothing but good experiences. They always know you by name, and always are willing to see what they can do to help if you have questions about your account . I use to bank at another bank over 10 years ago and had nothing but issues ALL the time with my account. I hated my bank so I decided to give this bank a try and have had great customer service and my banking has never been so hassle free. Your want good customer service use this branch these ladies will not disappoint you! Thanks you guys for always being there and always being so helpful.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED I have been banking with BBT for many years and WAS always extremely happy with them UNTIL just recently. I don't know if it is due to their recent merge with SunTrust or just the staff in this particular branch who are completely inconsiderate and down-right incompetent. I called them regarding a recent issue with my account. They instructed me to come into the bank and they would be able to resolve the matter. I took my time to go down there and they took ZERO action. The clerk showed no interest or concern and displayed an obvious "could care less" attitude. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! I bank with Regions and Well Fargo also and they are both pretty good but I highly recommend GOing TO REGIONS BANK IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! SHAME ON YOU BBT FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONISM AND LACK OF CONCERN!
