Just got back from this branch. Waited over an hour just to talk to someone to open a checking account since their online service isn't working for whatever reason. The manager kept coming out telling me it would be only a few more minutes with whoever was in her office, I'm not sure what takes 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. Ended up walking out since it was getting close to closing time and of course they don't open on Saturdays when people are able to visit, that would make too much sense. Poor customer service.
