      This branch is AMAZING!!!!! I came in at the end of the day with a CRISIS created by Wells Fargo and an inaccurate payoff amount for the closing on our home that we sold earlier in the morning. Aaron and his team were so understanding and stayed late to help resolve an issue that was created by a different bank. We have been LONG time customers of Suntrust and will remain because of the great customer service this team displays. Their kindness, professionalism, and understanding during this stressful situation will always be remembered and appreciated.

      I like banking with suntrust but the employees never get my check right. I pay rent and they deposit my rent check bank into my account..... Like wth now i have to wait to call to fix all the confusion. I been paying rent every month for a year shouldn't my bank know me already to know what to do already without messing up over and over
