      No service to speak of. it feels that SunTrust (Truist) has completely disappeared from the banking scene over the last 9 to 10 months. It is impossible to reach any customer support person. It seems much time is spent on trying not to help. Why?

      The branch manager was great. The other staff could use some training with customer service. I should be treated and greeted equally just as everyone else walking into the branch.

      This Bank is incompetent and has no accountability. BB&T and SunTrust have their wires crossed and are totally unprepared for their merger. We are randomly being debited for a “loan payment” on a loan that was paid off in full over a year ago out of nowhere. No one at Truist can explain why or make a legitimate effort to help find out what’s going on. We visited the branch after getting nowhere through hours of phone service reps. The VP at the bank, Alan L., was friendly enough in person and said he would help, yet here we are 3 weeks later and he’s done absolutely nothing. Won’t return our calls or emails. A bank that can’t accurately keep accounts, recognize their mistakes, or explain why money is randomly being debited without client authorization doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust. Retail banking is a commodity, use one of the other dozens of banks in buckhead.
