      I recently opened an account with Truist online. I visited the branch in Townsend, TN and made a large deposit. I called a few days later to speak to the branch manager Donna Kinnan. During this phone call, she constantly interrupted me while I was asking questions. Instead of politely asking if she could call me back at a more convenient time, she was rude, unprofessional and actually hung up on me as I tried to ask her if she would allow me to finish my questions without interruption. I simply wanted clarification on a simple matter. I highly recommend that anyone think twice about creating a banking relationship with this bank.
