      My husband and I have hand nothing but an amazing experience with the tellers and bankers at this branch. If you’re looking for a bank that has your best financial interests at heart this is the place to go. We have had the pleasure of working with a few bankers at this branch and each encounter has been above expectation. Joshua, Christian, Lacey, and Ksenia have all been so helpful and have taken a lot of time and effort to save us money and get on a better plan to reduce our debt!

      BB&T used to be great, but trash now that Truist took over. The ATM is unreliable. Last week the entire bank was down & unable to make transactions. The app is terrible. I'll be moving to a new bank. I feel bad for the employees because they're very nice people.

      Stopped in there because I needed a 15 day payoff. They said it would take about 45 minutes to get it, so I gave them the fax number to send it to and they never sent it. Even face to face you can't get anything done at this bank. Poor customer service.
