      Absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They keep letting fraudulent checks get cashed and/or deposited AND then not reimburse me. They still owe me $15K. Terrible customer service. You have to make an appointment just to speak with a supervisor. I've put in several requests with no results I have 3 business accounts and 2 personal accounts. Been with them (SunTrust) for 11 years! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE IDIOTS. Going to their corporate office tomorrow since you can't get thru on the phone. Next step is going to the media!
