      Sharon went above and beyond for me today. I called her in a state of near-rage, after dealing with Truist Customer Support for 3 hours (or, rather, their robotic answering machines, not real humans) without getting my issue resolved. She had a super attitude and walked me through my issue until it was fixed. So Truist, give this lady a raise. And Sharon, I'm sorry but from now on I'm coming straight to you anytime I have a problem with Truist. You are a problem-solver and wonderful human being! I never want to call Truist's horrible Customer Support line ever again.

      Fast service. Got in and out to make a deposit, even with 6 other cars at two drive-up stations, in 2 minutes. Always great bamk to deal with. Been with them for years. When the vacuum tube arrived with my deposit receipt, there was also a milk bone for Mouse, my chihuahua. I split it with him. He growled when saw me break it in half!
