      We have are selling my mom's house tomorrow. For two weeks I have been dealing with the hometown branch in Siler City with no success. Mom had an open equity line from years ago with former BB&T. To close on the house we needed the Equity Line released. A coworker mention there was a branch in Jacksonville. I called as soon as I got off work and spoke to the most amazing young lady, Kiko Nagashima who told me to pick up my Mom and bring her into the Jacksonville branch. Kiko went above and beyond to handle our matter. Because of this caring and very knowledgeable and efficient young lady we should be able to close the sell of Mom's house tomorrow. A very Big Thank You to Kiko and Truist. All banking should be this easy. Truist you have a true gem of an employee in Kiko Nagashima.

      Please update your hours you have posted online. We arrived at 8:30am and we were told rudely that the drive through doesn't open till 9 am when the website clearly states 8:30am. Please fix this information.
