      This bank handled a family member's estate account and handled it pooly from the beginning. The account was closed before the estate was closed due to bank fees that were not disclosed upon setup of the account. Use another bank. Any other bank.

      I wanna believe in this bank/SunTrust but it's honestly better to use another bank. Better interest on accounts, savings or credit. Besides in person, terrible phone customer service. The people here are nice but the bank itself just can't compete. Getting approved for anything is hard and the rates can't compete with other easier credit accounts. Been with this bank for 5 years, no loyalty benefits at all
