      The people inside the banks are very friendly but I have strong misgiving about Truist as a whole hence the 2 stars. The staff gets 4 stars the banks as a whole gets -2. They purchased Sun Trust and I haven't been able to send a bank transfer since Feb 18 and it is currently March 10. I made a trip in person last week and they still weren't able to help me. The staff is friendly and cut me a check to make the transfer but online transfer is really a must for business checking for me. Things may change but as of now I would have to recommend not using Truist for business banking. update April 25. Just talked to Truist. They do not have functionality for business accounts to be able to do bank transfers. WOW! So crazy. So frustrating.
