      Horrible customer service! I have been on the phone waiting to talk to someone for over 1 hour. This is absolutely ridiculous that anyone has to wait over 1 hour to speak with a representative! Word of advice if you have the option don’t ever go with Truist for your lender. You’ll never get any customer service!
