Courtney Scott is the best!!! Called the branch due to a mixup with a deposit not going to right account. She wall all on it.!!! Not only was she helping me she was still taking care of other customers. While having me on the phone she was talking care of multiple people very courteous, professional and sharp…. Handled my matter efficiently and fast. I am not one to go on line and make comments but after the service she provided I had to make this known. Way to go Courtney!!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Long story short I deposited a check into my business account here and it somehow got “lost” even after showing the transaction receipt my funds are still in limbo. I have never experienced anything like this and I completely understand why I have never banked with them before this!!!! Please do not bank with them

Very unprofessional. Teller Discussed pertinent account information in lobby while other customers were listening. Wrong account information was given, customer service training is a must for the people at this branch. Absolutely the worst experience.
