      So apparently they closed for a lunch break because they were short staff. LIES! I walked in and 6 employees were inside laughing. As a manager there are many ways to schedule lunch breaks, even if I have to sacrifice my own. Then only one teller was assisting the customers. Horrible experience and I am a new banker here. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting cooperate!

      The transition from SunTrust to Truist has been horrible. Please avoid the Brandywine branch and Truist all together. 60 minute hold times on the phone and long wait times in the lobby and every answer and body language is NEGATIVE. Is it a way to give a Zero rating???

      I have a suntrust account for years to much to type about this bank I will never come to this suntrust again and all the suntrust are open on Saturday but this one they must be special after jurking you around on Friday
