      Had a question about one of the 4 accounts I keep at this bank. Tried to reach the branch by phone for 2 days - no answer - no voicemail. On the 3rd today someone named Ana answered the phone and when I asked if their phones had been broken I was told that if any of the employees are with a customer the phones are not answered. WHAT???? There’s a new concept now - it’s called a RECEPTIONIST. Most of us work and don’t have the luxury of going into the bank to ask a question - NOR SHOULD WE HAVE TO! Would like to give zero stars but that option isn’t available. Good job.

      Definitely won’t come back here, I disagreed with the teller(Edwin) and ask for a manager and he told me no managers on site. And basically never resolved my situation. Not coming back here.
