      Ever since the switch to Truist, I spend my whole lunch hour in the drive thru. I dont know if they are short staffed or just new staff but it NEVER took this long as a BB & T. The lines are usually around the corner now.

      Giving a very low score due to customer service Called about changing a savings account they said l needed to come in. Didn't mention need app. Went to the window to put it in the current one, a large amt. Said l didn't have one ..but would open one
