      The employees are friendly enough.However,I do not understand how their drive thru can move SO SLOWWWWWW 95% of the time.On my last trip there to make a deposit I got super frustrated & left after sitting in line for well over 15 minutes and not one car moved the whole time - absolutely ridiculous!!!!! If you can,save your time and go to the Sabraton location they always seem to get people in & out quickly.

      Truist is acknowledged by the FDIC to be the least consumer oriented bank. They cashed a fraudulent check on my account that was stolen from my house (by a ring of thieves that are currently being prosecuted, not a guest in my house) and claimed that I had failed to safeguard my checks so they didn't refund the money.
