      In person banking is a challenge these days. Everyone is short on personnel. Banks don't let you use the restroom. Many are COVID paranoid. The problem is that some things must be done in person. I had such a situation today and was very pleasantly surprised when Xiomara Molina overcame all the hurdles to help me. Very professional, very helpful. It gives me hope that customer service is not totally dead.

      I used to ban here for decades, but no more. BB&T continued to place charges on my account for silly things like not writing enough checks. They eventually stopped refunding them when I complained. All the long term employees who cared about you left. Those who replaced them were so new they could not help or were just interested in selling me something. Inside the building deteroriated and was grungy. Lines were long due to non help. I could go on, but I dont want to waste my time.
