      I was hopeful that after the merger the service at this bank would get better, but somehow it has managed to get worse. Sure they spent a ton on marketing but the staff are still overworked, the wait times are crazy (especially if you need an actual banker), there is no sense of urgency and zero attention to detail. Way too many errors keep happening. SO much that when I have them do multiple transactions, I make them close out each ne separately so they don't mess it up. I will be closing both business accounts I have and my personal account with Truist. Worst service ever.

      Trust needs to step up and support their people, 30 min in line with no one else around, no crowd.... Not okay for clients or staff.
