      Update—the below review wasn’t for Truist, rather prior to the merge BB&T. Since the Truist merger I must say it is a much different and peasant experience Upgrade to 4.5 stars. — OLD original BB&T review 3 stars —> They may be a decent bank, but when you close your lobby to customers directing them to the drive through, yet you do not have a drive thru lane that will allow commercial trucks and/or even trailers to get through, you pretty much tell the working guys to find somewhere else to go. Doesn’t really make sense to have a nice building and lobby that customers aren’t allowed inside of. Most other banks seem to be able to have their lobby open somehow.

      Hackers drained my account of all money and left me over drafted can't get a refund on my overdraft and it took 6 days on the phone and in branch for them too say it could be 90 business days too get my money back so all my pay checks added just go towards over draft fees and fraud they can't re fund for 3 months.

      Half of the time, I cannot get access to my money. The ATM is not working most times and I cannot get a person on the phone... since the other branch on university closed I do not have options in this area.
