      In June, My Fiancé went to BB&T at the Plaza in Kinston to deposit money in my account. He had cash and after waiting in a long drive through line in pouring rain, was told he had to get a money order to deposit the money. He went to get the money order and had to wait in line again. I was in Virginia and on the phone during this transaction. He forgot his reading glasses and asked the teller at the window to fill in the slip, but she refused so he struggled. Poor customer service. I’ve never heard of cash not being accepted by a bank before. Unbelievable! In Virginia the BB&T and other banks lobbies have been open for customers to come inside for well over a month, maybe 2 months. I have a home in Virginia and Kinston. Why is Kinston behind in almost everything?
