      Had mortgage with BBT for over 10 years. Mortgage on auto payment the entire time. Truist purchased BBT and is now sending me snail mail payment stubs with past due showing. Nothing has changed with my payment accounts. Same bank for over 30 years. Truist should have continued the same autopayment. Poor customer service. Back to the stone age with snail mail statements.
