      I opened an account the lady lied about having temporary cards and I ended up fixing the situation and returned to get the card the branch manager had me sitting for an hour for something she said she had sat aside for me while she opened more accounts not to mention I had to go home and fix my on line banking terrible like the bank but service is trash

      Worst customer service EVER. Four (4) drive - throughs open, being handled by one (1) employee. Forced to wait in line over an hour until my it was my turn to deposit a check. Hire more employees or watch your customer base transfer to a bank that cares!!!!

      The worst bank in history. Everyone there should be FIRED!!!!! Customer service is terrible. I would not hire any individual if there resume has this bank on it.
