      They’re very friendly and they try to help you whatever You have an issue this is the best bank I ever had since I open my account with them thank you BB&T for having people working with us

      When they merge with suntrust, they wanted me to refinance my car saying I would pay less but they would extend my term costing more on the long run. They really insisted too I was able to hold my ground and say is fine the way it is but little did I know they tried to change it behind my back. I started getting diffrent charges on my account on top of what I was alredy paying so I called and they said that I had made the changes I was no I did not and that I wanted the way it was.
