      I WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS TO CORPORATE. I have had months of hassle paying my mortgage payment. each month is a battle since my suntrust switched to truist. will only allow a payment by phone or on app, and app wont work letting me log in. no sunday phone help and no website THIS IS A DOWNGRADE from suntrust service that i am used to.

      I have been apart of the bank for over 20 yrs. my husband travels for his job. Now that they have changed their hours of their operation. It’s no longer 24/7 help. It’s a good thing my husband also has a credit card because he would be stranded. I tried to change the card for traveling but I have a hard time doing it. Will probably have to change banks that actually has someone you can talk to. We also had an issue with fraudulent activity. Guess what couldn’t talk to anyone
