      Since SunTrust became Truist, the bank has added every charge possible to my accounts. Also, there's less of a sense of community and instead more of a sense of barriers and regulations imposed. I believe, wholeheartedly, that it is not the staff's fault, instead BB&T's regulations shadowing the once felt home-town banking appeal of this branch.

      I am 42 years old and I have lived all over the country. I have never seen a branch so poorly ran. They cannot even keep their doors open to their members. There drive thru may or may not be working most of the time. The manager doesn't seem to care. Suntrust was better as were their employees also.

      Slow service & very unprofessional!! Money went missing and in the middle of the conversation the girl Devin (may be spelled wrong) hung up on me while I was talking.
