      Updated my review after interacting with the agent. She was very kind and helpful. Really disappointed. Came on Saturday to open an account I was told I need atleast 45mins to open an account so I booked an appointment for Monday 4 to 5. Now they are making us wait. Appointment has no value. Having to arrange work schedule and planning arrangement for my baby, I expect atleast a call if they can't full fill an appointment. I do understand that they can be short stuffed and have busy days but one would value others time. Other than my personal concern bank location is accessible

      Dont go there its closed . Too many suntrust bank places close .. Thats very suspicious !!! The sign said: because our safety 😤😤😤
