      Went in to change my last name due to getting married but didn’t have everything I needed. Since I came after 3:00 I was told by an associate to return the next day around the same time. Well I did this and arrived to see that they closed the lobby early so they couldn’t help me. Tried to make it to the other branch across town and was turned away even though an associate was free but because I didn’t have an appointment . My paychecks will be rejected this week due to my accounts not matching my new last name so thank you so much suntrust for making this hard!

      Phenomenal group of people that do the best they can with what they have. It's a crowded area especially in the afternoon and they make do. Note: get some wd-40 for that night deposit box, it's too damn difficult trying to pry that thing. It's like opening the ark of the covenant.
