      BB&t used to be a great Bank now it's all gone downhill I'm at the Bird road branch there are four drive-thrus but only two are open I've been here an hour already and there's nine cars waiting. I just don't get what's going on. And the Flagler branch is even worse people take your money and your business somewhere else this is ridiculous.

      Horrible in between and there was NOBODYEEEEEEE in his job position! In an office a single worker and talking on his cell phone with his family isolate me to wait until I left! No one is taking care of me! They should close that branch! Because of the malfunction it has and to top it off, the outside ATMs none of it works!
