      Very pleased with the customer service here. I came in to open an account with Suntrust and had the pleasure of having Edward assist me. I was in and out the door in less than 20 minutes which is relatively a short time compared to other banks where the wait time is ridiculous to get talk to an associate. Definitely recommend!

      Over the past couple years the San Carlos BBt has lost its local feel for helping customers. Since merging into Truist they seem lost. Very pleasant but cant answer simple questions. Lack of staff to service customers is evident. 800 service is no better. I have stayed because of some sense of loyalty but can't justify it anymore. Im out of there.

      What happened to the Saturday hours?? I work from 8am to 530pm every day. How am I supposed to get to the bank with no Saturday's open???
