      Sandra did a great job assisting me with a wire transfer. Other Branches were doing a 3 day appointment (due to the covid 19 pandemic) but she went ahead and did my transfer through the drive through. Keep up the good work and great customer service. :-)

      This location is truly going down hill. The location used to be very consistent, even when the pandemic was really bad. I used to come and be in/out; now it's ridiculous. 30 minutes in line with no cars nowhere in the drive thru. When you look inside, they're just standing around, laughing with each other instead of attend to the customers that are allowing you to get a paycheck. They seems like they help you when they want to. I think it might be under new management. There are a lot of new faces, not in a good way.

      The staff, if that's what you want to call them are So, lazy!!! They put you off on other people, and can never help with anything. The tellers look sloppy and filthy, and the manager doesn't even acknowledge you, when you're waiting in the lobby, and he walks right past you. This is the Worst place to bank, if you still value customer service.
