      This branch has closed--padlocks on the door. I banked there for 15 years and am really unhappy that my neighborhood bank is gone.

      My mother had a horrible experience at this bank. She needed a matter handled privately and one bank worker told her she would help her soon and to just wait. Then the manager came out of nowhere and went to my mother and asked what she needed and demanded she as the manager help her, even after my mom told her she would like to wait for the other bank worker since its private and she can speak to her at the cubicles. The manager proceeded to demand and rush my mother to the point that she had to go up by all the other people in line and talk to the manager at the teller booth and basically say her business out loud. She was so embarrassed and the manager offered no help in the end saying it "was your problem and you have to fix it". Not even the manager of this place can offer a solution. SAD. and no decency for privacy.
