      Need suggestions for good banks. It is obvious Truiest wants us gone. I have confirmation number on my transaction and they are still unable to find my deposit. I and sure they will find my weeks pay. With gas prices what they are I may need to stay home until they find my deposit.

      Terrible experience. Two weeks ago, they "lost" the transaction for the purchase of a $20,000 certified check and refused to honor it. Today they deposited $45,000 into the wrong account and cannot correct it. This Bank is the Worst!!!!!!!!! Manager has still not returned my calls! Update: started the process to return the $45k to the issuer, but didn't lift the hold so our account has been overdrawn by $45,000 for 3 days!! Please stay away if you want your money handled correctly and actually have access to it! There is not a worse bank on the Planet! They Do Not Care about Customers! Manager never called me despite several requests.
