I am so glad that someone finally called out Michele the branch manager there. She is so condescending to the employees and the customers. She clearly is not happy with her job and needs to move on. She is not professional in anyway!!

Was speaking to a representative there that got on the call and you could tell she had enough with dealing with today. I was talking to her about our HOA account and she was not able to find me in the system. I was asking her what we need to do since we have an old account with old board members from years ago and she informed me that i would need to get them to come in. I was thinking to myself, most people are the board retire and move away. I have no contact information on that, i explained i just did with another bank and the process was easy, She said no way to do it without whoever was on the account to come in and sign rights. I said i think you are mistaken and she got upset and said i have been working here 18 years so i know what i am talking about while laughing like Ursula (The Little Mermaid) and then hanging up on me. Called back to report that call to find out she was the manager. Her name was Michele Maynard, thank you for the experience and the laugh.
