      A bank that has seemingly ceased to function from a customer perspective, since their merger between Suntrust and BBT. Phone hold times that are hours long, overwhelmed agents that cant/won’t help you, and brick/mortar local establishments that actually can’t do anything beyond the most simple banking processes…everything goes through a poorly made app or the untenable customer service phone line. Awful.

      Worst service ever . They never have enough people working . All the banks have their lobby open now but this one. The only reasons they have their lobby still closed because the branch is super under staff. The bank manager is so incompetent. She can’t even manage the staff’s schedule properly. They have hard time taking big deposits for the businesses . I was told to change my bank because they didn’t want to count my deposits
