  Beware all customers!!! In Covid 19 times, I was appalled after visiting this branch. Look at the "stuff", potentially "mold", growing on the inside of this drive thru tube. Now my important documents paperwork and drivers license were all exposed to this stuff that I had to send thru the tube shoot at drive thru since the inside of bank was not open for me to do an address change. Not only that, but they potentially exposed me to hacking because they refused to change my address from old place to new over the phone. For months they were sending my statements to the old address. No matter what information I verified with them they refused to change it over phone. Bb&T needs to update their policies in Covid 19 times to help customers get there tasks done. They refused, then when I go to drive thru they tell me it was updated. Gee, I wonder who approved the change since they never even saw me until today when I tried to show face with documentation. All I got from the visit was wasted time and exposure to potential biological toxins!!!
