      This bank customer service is terrible. My husband went to the bank to get money out to pay his employee just to find out the rep forgot to process his deposit this morning. After showing the bank the deposit slip form the manager still did not know where the money went. They began to say the deposit form looked faked. After calling the other bank an hour away and confirming everything it got cleared. You cannot have people running a bank and losing money. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

      Try to get off work early to make it to the bank because they said they close at five online got there, not one person . wasn’t even open.!!! can’t use the ATM !! Definitely want to find a new bank
