      I work for a company that banks through SunTrust. I go there quite often and visit many different branches. That being said, I stopped by this one for the first time and noticed how awful their rating was on google. I felt obligated to give them a review to help them out because the service was fast, friendly, and honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a SunTrust yet.

      Truist has been a nightmare for so many reasons. I've been dealing with fraudulent activity in my bank for literally 4 months, submitted hours of proof and investigation and no one although I've called so many times has bothered to return a phonecall or go thru my evidence at any level. They took back out all the false charges that they originally gave back leaving me completely abandoned by my bank. I feel so disappointed and let down by my bank that I truly dont know where else to turn.
