  I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru!!! When we finally made it to the window, there were 4 people working supposedly....no apologies for the wait, no thank you, no customer service....pathetic!!!

  This branch shouldn’t even earn a star. My mother was the teller coordinator of this branch for a couple of years until recently she was fired and the reason given was the most stupid reason. Whenever Ozzy Custodio was the manager, he was very nice and understanding. Definitely had respect for the other employees of the branch and was always so welcoming. Whenever Ozzy left to work at another bank (because suntrust does not treat any of their employees correctly unless you’re a higher up), they brought in a man named Russell. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. He was rude and talked down to the staff at this branch. My mom worked her butt off for this company, filling in at other branches and working through her lunch hours because they were always short staffed. Took verbal abuse everyday from clients who thought they were better than her. Whenever she was fired, Russell’s excuse was that she was not succeeding to suntrust standards but then went back and told another coworker that “if you make the client happy then you will always have a job”. From my understanding, isn’t a manager supposed to support his or her employees?? If a complaint was made by a client then why didn’t Russell ask my mother her side of the story?? Because he doesn’t give a damn about anything or anyone as long as he is getting a paycheck. Which seems the same way about all HR and all management. My mother was an employee of SunTrust for almost 7 years and then one day, some entitled jerk ruins it for her. All I gotta say is karma sucks! And I hope karma hits this company in the face. Currently taking my business elsewhere.
