      This is my favorite branch. The team is awesome and very helpful. I am glad that Suntrust/Truist opened a branch.

      Waited over 30 mins. Then I was told to come back, then branch manager called and said teller made a mistake on my transaction which would cause a 7 day hold on a large cashiers check and there was nothing she could do to remedy the mistake.
